Rating: 5/5 – Exceptionally amazing fantasy/superhero story.

The About page does an excellent job summing things up, so I’ll quote it here.
Lord Ballister Blackheart has a point to make, and his point is that the good guys aren’t as good as they seem. He makes a comfortable living as a supervillain, but never really seems to accomplish much – until he takes on a new sidekick, Nimona, a shapeshifter with her own ideas of how things should be done. Unfortunately, most of those ideas involve blowing things up. Now Ballister must teach his young protégé some restraint and try to keep her from destroying everything, while simultaneously attempting to expose the dark dealings of those who claim to be the protectors of the kingdom – including his former best friend turned nemesis, Ambrosius Goldenloin.
What’s Awesome About It?
This comic is really, really good and is far and away the best new webcomic I’ve read in a long time. The art is unique and gives a ton of charm to the characters. The setting is deeply intriguing while also maintaining an excellent sense of fun throughout. The characters – oh man, the characters. They’re exceptionally well written, and their instant likability only improves as the story goes on. The story itself manages to be simultaneously fun, exciting, and heartwarming. I legitimately cannot think of a single real negative thing to say about this comic, and as someone who has read a lot webcomics, and comics in general and who thinks that most things have more than their fair share of flaws, the fact that the few things this comic doesn’t get perfect just add to the charm of it speaks volumes.
You would be doing yourself a disservice not to read this, no matter what kinds of comics you like, unless you hate excellent stories and characters (and even if you do, this might change your mind). Do not miss this. Go…read it now.
